My First Attempt

This is something new for me. I decided today that I want a Blog. So here I am.. I'm really not sure how this will develop but let's give it a chance. A little bit about me - I am 55 years old, live in Dartmouth Nova Scotia and have been living with a mental illness for over 30 years now. I earn my living by offering support to my peers and love what I do. I suspect that sometimes I;ll use this Blog to educate people about what it is like to live with a mental illness. Some days' I may talk about work and others about who knows what!!! There will be other days when I will have nothing to say at all. Please join me as I learn about Blogging and while I try to discover why I decided to do this in the first place. MM
